Missing history of energy consumption readouts¶
The error affected devices with firmware 0.20.6-cz. Historical energy usage data was not available in the cloud after synchronization. Unfortunately, they were also not stored on the device. Only last reading data was available.
Follow the instructions How to merge data from previous installation to a current one? to restore the device to a proper work. A reinstallation is required and during a new installation, the device should automatically obtain the updated firmware that does not contain this error. Updating the installed device will not be sufficient in this case.
