Manage account

When you sign in to OneMeter Cloud for the first time via mobile application or browser, a new account is created in our system. Once logged in, you have access to the functions we offer you.

How to delete account?

In order to delete account, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in OneMeter Cloud to the account you want to be deleted.
  2. Open the link Account deletion.
  3. Confirm that you want to delete your account.

In order to delete your account directly in the mobile app, please refer to this article after understanding the consequences of account deletion described below.

Account deletion means that all your data will be removed from our cloud (including login details regardless of platform and historical devices) and you will no longer be able to access OneMeter services on that account.

Account deletion means also, that you will remove access to the OneMeter app on Android and iOS. The next login after deletion will create a new account.

Deleting your OneMeter account is irreversible and will start immediately. Data stored in the OneMeter cloud will be erased. Signing in again will not lead to deleted data restoration. Make sure that only trusted people have access to your account to avoid problems with mistakenly deleted accounts.

Risk of losing access to devices in the future

If you have OneMeter devices on your account that have not been uninstalled yet and you delete the account without uninstalling them, you will not be able to use them in the future at all.
