Returns

At OneMeter, we allow you to test the device along with access to our system for 14 days from the date of delivery. During this time you can install the device on the meter and familiarize yourself with its operation. If you decide to return it and the device is in unaltered condition, we will refund you the amount you paid us when you received the device. Unless otherwise provided by Polish law, we cover the cost of shipping to you, and the cost of return shipping is on your side.

Under the law (Article 32 point 1 of the Law on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827 as amended)), the customer has the right to return goods purchased online within 14 days from the date of delivery, as long as the goods are in unaltered condition (have original tags and packaging, have not been used or damaged, are delivered in the condition in which they were sent).
