Project OneMeter 2.0

"A system for balancing and remote reading of electricity consumption with devices providing the smart meter functionality to the existing metering infrastructure"

Project co-financed by the European Union through European Regional Development Fund under the Intelligent Development Operational Program 2014-2020 action 1.2.

The aim of the project is to develop a system delivering key functionalities of smart metering with the use of standard, currently used electricity meters. OneMeter 2.0 will be a system consisting of a new version of the beacon, gateway and analytical platform. The planned works are primarily related to ensuring the possibility of effective reading of data from various meter models, increasing the frequency of reading data, improving the efficiency of energy consumption and increasing the range of communication.

The result of the project will be a solution for energy distributors in Poland and other EU countries. OneMeter 2.0 will allow them to migrate to intelligent metering systems much more cost-efficiently, reduce own costs associated with the service of energy distribution and introduce new services, i.e. dynamic tariffs for energy consumers.
